- First case
- Free for 1–500 pages, one per firm. Then $0.48 a page from 501.
- Priority
- +25%, minimum $50. $50 on a free case. Worked ahead of every standard case.
- Delivery
- Standard: 2-3 business days. Priority: next business day.
- Payment
- Per case, on delivery. Or a prepaid balance, itemized per case; unused balance refundable. No subscription.
- Errors
- An error of ours is corrected and re-issued at no charge.
- New records
- An update, priced on the tiers above.
What a case includes
- The chronology as PDF, Excel and Word, every fact linked to its page.
- The record set, indexed and Bates-stamped.
- A provider and custodian index, listing the records your set mentions but does not contain.
- The completeness finding: at least N pages did not arrive.
- Gaps between visits, and the split between records from before and after the injury.
- A medication table, as printed.
- A billing ledger: every bill, totaled, each charge with its page.
- A records-request letter for each custodian.
- An invoice for the case.
- A verify sheet naming the reviewer’s location and what was checked.
