What this site collects.
No cookies, no third-party requests. This site counts page views and four clicks on its own server, by page and day; nothing about you is stored.
This site
- Analytics
- One: our own tally, described above.
- Third parties
- None. Every file comes from this domain.
- Server logs
- Our host, Cloudflare, keeps the ordinary request counts any web server keeps. They are not joined to anything else.
- The request form
- Kept to reply to you: firm, name, work email, state, license number and its kind, case volume, partner code. And the campaign tag in the link you clicked. Not shared, not sold. It posts to this site’s own server, and our notification carries none of what you typed.
- If you email us
- Mail to support@claracord.com reaches a person. It is kept as correspondence, and nobody is added to a mailing list from it.
The client portal
The portal is a separate application, and it opens at launch. Its privacy terms (covering record retention, encryption, deletion, and access) publish with it.
