Questions
- Is this legal or medical advice?
- No: Claracord produces work product for the retaining professional, and your judgment stays yours.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- A fact that cannot be matched to its source page is not delivered, and a person reviews before it ships.
- What if pages cannot be read?
- An unreadable page is listed as unreadable and never becomes a fact in your chronology.
- What do you accept?
- PDF files, any length, scanned or not, or a ZIP of PDF files. Productions from several custodians are combined into one record set. Images and Word files are not accepted as records; save them as PDF first. A demand or summary for a citation audit may be PDF or Word.
- What reads best?
- Any PDF works. If you have the custodian's original file, send that; it reads better.
- Is our data used to train AI?
- No record is sent to an AI model. The trust page names the subprocessors.
- What does it cost?
- Quoted from the page count before work starts, on the published tiers.
